Tremco provides competitive benefits. Most benefits are available after 30 days of service and most employee contributions are deducted on a pre-tax basis through convenient payroll deductions.
Medical
Tremco offers an Aetna open choice POSII medical plan for both single and family coverage with varying payroll deductions, annual deductibles, coinsurance percentages (90/10 or 80/20), and out-of-pocket limits. Office visit co-pays are $20.
Prescription Drugs
Tremco covers most prescription drugs through the medical plan. Most generic drugs cost $20 for a 30-day supply and brand name drugs cost $35 for a 30-day supply. We also offer Aetna Home Delivery to obtain 3 month supplies for the cost of 2 months.
Dental
Treatment for both preventative and restorative dental care is available under the medical plan. Tremco covers orthodontia up to age 23.
Vision
Tremco offers both the Aetna VisionOne Discount and EyeMed Vision Care for eye exams, glasses, and contacts. Participation in EyeMed Vision requires enrollment and a monthly deduction.

Reimbursement Accounts
Employees can contribute up to $5,000 pre-tax per year per account (health care and dependent care) to help defray health care and childcare expenses.
Life Insurance
Tremco provides company-paid term life insurance equal to 2 times your pay. Employees can purchase an additional 1, 2, or 3 times your pay for a total of up to 5 times pay
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Tremco provides company-paid accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage equal to 2 times your pay. Employees can purchase an additional 1, 2, or 3 times your pay for a total of up to 5 times pay. Family AD&D coverage is also available.

Business Travel Insurance
Tremco provides company-paid business travel coverage at 5 times your pay. Business travel insurance is an AD&D payable if accident occurs while traveling on business.
Disability Insurance
Tremco provides both short-term disability and long-term disability coverage at no cost to employee. Employees may be eligible to receive short-term disability wage continuation up to 26 weeks. Under long-term disability an employee may be eligible to receive up to 60% of their pay.

401(k)
This tax advantaged savings plan allows employees to save of up to 50% of pay on a pre-tax basis. Tremco provides a company match. Both employee contributions as well as the company match are immediately 100% vested. Automatic enrollment is after six months of service.
Pension Plan
Tremco provides a defined benefit pension plan that is completely company-funded. Eligibility requires one year of service with 100% vesting after 5 years of service.
